Convention Shuttles
We put together all of the details of moving 2,000 or 20,000 people between hotels and convention centers and work with corporations and associations needing to connect people to their destinations.
Event Transportation
We do sporting events and specialty events, or any event requiring a shuttle between venues. We also do parking shuttles or we can move the media to a press room. We can take the board of directors to dinner, or pick up the company executives at the airport. Whatever you need - we’re on it.
Finding the Right Vehicle
Getting the customer in the right vehicle is very important. We charter buses, town cars and limos anywhere in the world. If a Seattle-based customer needs us to find vehicles for 500 people in Miami - we can do that. If a New York based executive wants town car service to and from LAX we can handle it. If your group has special needs and require ADA vehicles in Phoenix - we can do that, too.
Organizational and Planning Services
Doing a big or small transportation program does not just happen. It takes a lot of phone calls, emails, confirmations, charter orders - all those crazy details. Someone has to make all of the arrangements. Not only are we good at it - we love doing it.
Skilled Program Managers
STS assigns a program manager on every job to handle transportation from start to finish. Just like an account executive at an advertising agency that can pull it all together and then pull it all off, your STS program manager ensures you don’t have to deal with multiple vendors. You have one person, one email address, one phone number and one way to get it done.
Support Staff Anywhere You Go
Once your program’s specifications have been finalized the program manager will assign the necessary support staff:
- Airport meet & greet - staff to meet your customer at the airport and direct them to their vehicle
- Ambassadors - staff to show your customer where to find the vehicle at a busy hotel
- Local Coordinators - on-call staff based in every major city that can manage the in and out service of your vehicles
- On-Site Coordinators - staff with the most experience that can travel to your program destination when the going gets tough.
Provide Logistic Coordination
- Hiring police on programs that have safety or traffic congestion concerns
- Arranging for overflow lots for parking surplus vehicles
- Radio Communications for staff and drivers
- Providing clear and concise driving instructions - maps and written (left and right) directions
- Corporate uniforms for all of the on-site staff
Sponsorship and Advertising
We can wrap the entire motor coach with a valuable message that can be shown to your audience, or it might be a simple banner on the side of a coach, or just a head rest cover with your logo. We do them all the time. Don’t think of the vehicle as simply a means of transportation - let the vehicle deliver your message!
Safety and Regulatory Compliance
If you think every commercial vehicle is insured properly and can go everywhere you want to go, think again. While it’s true that every vehicle is regulated by the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration, and is required to carry a certain amount of insurance coverage - not always are they in compliance. We check the company out and verify their insurance and safety record before we ever get started.
