No Mission is Impossible with STS

At STS, when faced with a seemingly impossible request from a client, we never say “NO” or “That Won’t Work” or even “Are You Kidding Me?” Well, maybe once we said that! What we do is make it our mission to accomplish what our client wants and it’s never been impossible.  We dream big around here and we have no fear. Read about some of the missions we’ve made happen for our clients.

Client - Southeastern Conference

A tornado drops down on Atlanta and the Georgia Dome on day two of the 2008 SEC Basketball Tournament. The damage to the Georgia Dome forces the SEC to move the weekend games to the Georgia Tech campus. Mission - Overnight, STS contacts all of its vendors, rearranges the shuttle routes and locks down the logistics in order to move the game’s shuttle system to the Georgia Tech Campus. The media, teams and Conference officials were successfully moved over the next two days – the games continued as scheduled – MISSION ACCOMPLISHED

Client - Microsoft Corporation

(Microsoft Global Exchange Conference MGX)

Mission - Arrange for 90 buses to transfer 11,000 attendees from 19 hotels to the Orlando Convention Center; arrange for 237 buses to transfer 11,000 attendees from the Orlando Convention Center to the TD Waterhouse Arena in downtown Orlando; arrange for 237 buses to transfer 11,000 attendees from the TD Waterhouse Arena to 19 hotels; arrange for 105 buses to transfer 11,000 attendees from 19 hotels to Universal Studios and back to 19 hotels? ALL IN ONE DAY!

Client - State Farm Insurance Companies

Mission - Over six different days, pickup 11,000 agents from five major Las Vegas hotels and transfer them to the Thomas & Mack Arena in less than an hour and back to their hotels immediately following the meeting for a luncheon.

STS contracted for 125 vehicles - meetings started on time each day - all were transferred back to their hotels in less than 30 minutes.
